Troubleshooting a Clogged Cannabis Vape Pen

From our experience, when cannabis vape juice gets cold, it tends to clog up the original hardware for the 510-thread vape battery. This results in the inability to draw the juice through the mouthpiece and create the billow of vapour the vape user intended. 

If your battery is charged and you can draw air from the cartridge but no vapour cloud, you may have a clogged vape pen. Check out this 56-second video where Sherrill shares her #1 troubleshooting tip for unclogging a cannabis vape pen (see above).

How to Unclog a Cannabis Vape Pen

Step 1. Boil some water, get a bowl and a couple of small bags. 

Step 2. Unscrew the cannabis vape cartridge from your battery. Place the cartridge in a bag. Place the bagged cartridge in another bag.

Step 3. Pour the water in the bowl. Dip the double-bagged cartridge in the boiled water bowl and hold it there for about 30 seconds.

Step 4. Take the bagged cartridge out of the water and bags, and screw the cartridge back on the battery (snug but not tight!).

Step 5. Take a puff and test it out. Nine times out of ten, this tip will work.
